Jay Gleischman

Mr. Gleischman is the founder of 4Gen Consulting LP. With over 20 years of management and client service experience in a wide range of industries and geographies, he established 4Gen to serve global clients pursuing business value through improved use of processes and technology.
Previously, Mr. Gleischman was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he led the Midwest Supply Chain practice, managed a variety of global SAP projects and developed integrated ERP solutions for Supply Chain Planning and Execution. He championed and led alliances at PwC with Manugistics, i2, Mercator International and Catalyst. His experience includes assessing and creating IT and business strategies and deploying solutions for a diverse group of global Fortune companies including General Motors, Delphi, Kellogg/Keebler, Pillsbury, Pactiv, Frito-Lay, Bristol Myers Squibb, Nabisco, Sara Lee, Thompson Electric and Goodyear.
Mr. Gleischman has also held management positions in Supply Chain Management and Information Technology with Baxter Healthcare and served as an Infantry officer in the U.S. Army. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
Sevin Straus

Mr. Straus is a founding partner of 4Gen Consulting LP and has over 18 years of management and client service experience in a wide range of industries and geographies.
He has founded two other consulting companies. One focused on performance optimization of SAP for large customers; the other worked with small- and medium-sized businesses in process improvement, software selection and implementation, and IT operations.
Mr. Straus’ experience includes due diligence in support of Merger and Acquisition activates for several mezzanine funds, managing the integration of acquired businesses and working on large complex projects with such as companies as General Motors, GMAC, Finlay Fine Jewelers, Goodyear, W.W. Grainger, Kellogg/Keebler, Abbott Laboratories, Baxter Healthcare and Eller Media/Clear Channel Communications. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University.
